Returns and Exchanges
While our hope is that you will enjoy your quilt for a lifetime, we understand that sometimes things just aren't right.
full refund returns
We are happy to offer a full refund for returns initiated within 30 days of purchase. Quilts must be unwashed and unsoiled.
store credit returns
For returns initiated between 30 and 365 days after purchase, and/or quilts that have been washed, we offer a store credit 'exchange.' Quilts must be unsoiled.
• To initiate a return, you will first contact us using the form at the bottom of this page. You should include your order number and product description.
• Once we receive your request we will verify the date of your order and determine whether the return is eligible for a refund or store credit.
• We will then email you with a return label for shipping. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to verify it is in good condition. Once that review is complete, we will issue the refund or the store credit.
• Refunds are applied to the original method of payment used for the purchase, and may take up to 10 days after being issued to post. Store credit will be issued as a gift card.

Please include your order number and a description of the quilt you are returning. You may also share the reason you are requesting a return. While we accept return requests for any reason, providing one will help us better serve you in the future.
